A place for each person.
A client worth building with.
We believe every candidate has strengths worth finding, and a client deserves the pre-work to recommend the right one. That work starts scattered — across mailboxes, spreadsheets and people’s memories. expressautomate brings it into one structured record, starting with the recruitment mail you already receive.
- One record per candidate, not a folder that hides them
- The pre-work done before a client asks

Connect your first source
Sign in with Microsoft and grant read-only access to the mailbox recruitment work arrives at. Nothing to install, no flow to build.
- 2
Let the AI structure it
Choose how far back to start — today, the last few days, or a date you pick. From then on it keeps up on its own, and everything lands in one record.
- 3
Act on one consolidated view
Search across everything at once, see what came in and what needs you, correct the handful of things that need a human, and export when you need to.

Built for how recruitment agencies really work
The work is already happening. expressautomate turns it into something your agency owns and can act on.
Capture every opportunity
Nothing is missed and nobody retypes it. New roles are picked up as they arrive and the details you care about are pulled out for you.

- Data Engineer
Keep everything organised
Roles, clients, rates and requirements in one place — searchable, filterable, and the same for everyone who opens it.

Search the whole desk
Roles, clients and candidates in one searchable record — find a rate, a requirement or a person without opening a second tool, or asking the colleague who remembers it.
Everyone sees the same record
Corrections, notes and exports are all kept with the record, so the team works from one version and any change can be traced.

Beyond the job order
The mail comes in as job orders, but recruitment is also the people who fill them. expressautomate keeps the candidate side on the same desk.
Candidates, in one pipeline
Manual entry or a spreadsheet import; stages, owners and the Singapore work-permit fields you need. Only the people you actually know — the platform invents no profiles.
Read a CV in seconds
Upload a PDF or Word CV and the work history lands as roles you confirm or reject, each tied to the line it came from. Scanned image CVs are not read yet.
Shortlist with the AI, fairly
Score and rank your own candidates against a job order. Protected attributes — sex, age, education, nationality — are redacted before the model sees them, and never move the score.
Reach out on WhatsApp
Message a candidate from your own paired WhatsApp number, with rate limits that protect it. One at a time — no bulk blasts.
Two beliefs, in plain words
The product is early, and these are the beliefs shaping it. Each one names what exists today, and what is still ahead.
Treasure every candidate
Everyone has strengths and unique value. The work is to find a place for each person, and let them contribute — not to filter people out against a checklist.
Today that starts with a full record per person — a CV read into a work-history timeline, skills and notes kept in one place — so a candidate is never reduced to the last role they matched. A strength read that is not tied to any one job is the work ahead.
Elevate the service to clients
Do the pre-work — assess, validate, recommend the best candidate possible. Then work with the client to manage not just the current need, but future needs and expansion.
Today that means every job order arrives pre-structured, candidates are scored and eligibility-checked before you forward a name, and each client keeps a history of what you have filled for them. The fuller, forward-looking client view is the work ahead.
The business impact you can feel
- Less manual workfor every recruiterNo more copying details out of messages and tidying them up by hand.
- Respond fasterto your clientsAct on new opportunities while they are still worth acting on.
- Decide with datanot with memoryStop relying on whoever remembers it. The record is there for everyone, the same for each person who opens it.
- A steadier servicefor the people you placeConsistent, current information rather than whatever was remembered.
- Your data stays yoursand only yoursSeparated per agency in the database itself, and never shared, resold or used to train AI models.
What using it should feel like
We are building for agencies who want to find a place for each person, not just fill a seat — and to earn a client’s longer trust, not just this month’s brief. We are looking to work with a small number of Singapore agencies and build it with them.
The quotes beside this are written examples of the outcome we are building towards — not real customers. We will put real ones here when we have them, with names.
It is like having an extra team member who never sleeps. We catch everything now.
The insight helps us advise clients better and close roles faster.
We used to live in Excel. Now we live in clarity.
Read-only, and provably so.
We cannot send mail
We request Mail.Read only. expressautomate cannot send, modify or delete email — the permission to do so is never granted.
Isolated per agency
Each agency’s data is separated in the database itself, not only in application code. The token that grants mailbox access is encrypted at rest.
Always traceable
The original email is never discarded. Every extracted field keeps the wording it came from, so any record can be traced back to its source.
